The problem with ‘fine’ workshop
When you are living with a brain tumour you have more than enough reasons to not feel fine. Not being fine is a space we’re used to living in. And yet when people ask we say ‘I’m fine, I’m OK.’ We need to acknowledge that it is OK not to be OK. Doing so gives us the space to breathe and stops negative thoughts festering so that they undermine. This workshop will tackle the problem with saying we’re fine. It will show you how to build emotional strength and elasticity when living with a brain tumour so that you can move from being not really fine to thriving.
