Setting up a charitable fund to support our work
There are well over 60,000 people living with a brain tumour in the UK right now, and we are working hard to build a service to help as many of these people as possible. By setting up a charitable fund, you can help us reach more people and achieve our mission.
You can set up a fund to support our work, by getting in touch, picking a project and fundraising to help us grow that element of our service. Many have also set out to support a brain tumour patient by establishing up a fund in their name and then raising money for one of brainstrust’s projects.
When a loved one is going through this horrible time, it can really help friends and family if they feel that they are devoting energy to something positive, when perhaps they feel they cannot help the patient directly. Organising a fundraising event or training for a challenge can help relieve stress and give a positive focus to discuss and plan.
Any funds you raise will be channeled into your specific named fund which inspires your donors to give to a particular project which is perhaps close to the heart of the patient and their family and friends.
The team at brainstrust will help and support all your fundraising with ideas, advice, branded equipment, brainstrust goodies to sell and even attending your events if we can.
