It’s amazing – of all the funding that is poured into brain tumour research (actually not that much compared to other cancers – less than 1%) the simplest ideas can still be the most effective.
New brain tumour research has revealed that fasting for 48 hours, so short term fasting, may mean that brain tumours respond better to radiotherapy. But don’t lock up the food yet. This is still in laboratory phase and has a long way to go before it reaches clinical trial phase.

And of course, there are always checks and balances. You do actually need to eat during therapeutic treatments, otherwise you could be susceptible to all kinds of infections.
