How brilliant does this brainstrust medal look?!
We’ve been extremely fortunate to have been selected as Ministry of Medals’ partner charity this year. Ministry of Medals is a brand new Virtual Running website. Here, you can sign up for a variety of runs, and in return, receive a bespoke medal. You do the run at your own pace, in your own time, and the distance you want.
Charity partnership
Ministry of Medals founder Tacye Dewick told us “I’m very excited to be involved with supporting brainstrust and I’m looking forward to our partnership. Ministry of Medals was launched a few months ago and while we were getting off the ground, I was looking for a charity to which I felt I could make a notable difference. After chatting with Jane (a support specialist at brainstrust), I decided brainstrust was the charity.”
As part of the partnership, Ministry of Medals are giving 20% of all sign-up fees (and 25% of all sign-ups for the brainstrust medal) to brainstrust. This means that by taking on one of their challenges, be it for fun, training for an event or to improve your fitness, you are helping brainstrust!
How does virtual racing work?
It’s simple! Choose your virtual event, sign up, complete your distance and submit your evidence! Your medal will be with you within a couple of days. There are many benefits to virtual running – no time constraints, no designated start time, no crowds. Just run your race whenever and wherever you want and submit your evidence.
