Whether you want to take on a big skydiving challenge, or enjoy a slice of cake and a cup of tea, we have an event for you.
This Mother’s Day why not do something amazing to help the thousands of mums who are living with, or caring for someone with a brain tumour.
Take on a skydiving challenge on Mother’s Day, 26th March 2017.
We know how difficult life can be when a member of the family is diagnosed with a brain tumour. We know how many challenges a mum has to face. You can help thousands of mums to feel less alone, less afraid and more in control.
We’ve got skydives taking place in Oxfordshire, Lincolnshire and Fife. Choose from:
- Brackley, Oxfordshire – 26th March
- Brigg, Lincolnshire – 26th March
- St Andrews, Fife – 8th April
All the jumps are with a fully qualified instructor, so you won’t be alone. As well as the instructor, you’ll join many others who are diving for their mum as part of the brainstrust skydiving challenge. You’ll receive training before and a certificate afterwards. You’ll also be supporting families whose lives have been devastated by a brain tumour diagnosis. For more information email carol@brainstrust.org.uk.
If you’re more a tea drinking biscuit dunker, then make a brew for brain tumour support.
From the 20th until 27th February, grab your tea bags, pop the kettle on and stir up support from family, friends and colleagues to help brainstrust and 60,000 people living with a devastating brain tumour diagnosis across the UK.
We know that brain tumour support is built on tea, not coffee. Hold your own Teafest at home, work or school. Ask your local cafe to get involved, or swap your normal morning cuppa for a donation.
Register today for one of our exciting fundraising packs to help get you started, or email michael@brainstrust.org.uk.
