We know that fatigue is a huge challenge for many people living with a brain tumour. In this webinar Jane will explore the role that food and nutrition can play in managing fatigue.
Food preparation, when you are tired and feeling unwell, can be very challenging so we will look at ideas to help you make easy, healthy choices that don’t take lots of effort and also how to get good nutrients into the diet easily, to help recovery and improve energy levels. Building a healthy ‘terrain’ helps build resilience and a greater sense of wellness. We will also look at tasty foods for those with a lack of appetite.
