Every year the National Cancer Patient Experience Survey (NCPES) is run and the results published. It plays a key role in the NHS Cancer programme and does have some influence on service delivery – it places patient experience on a par with clinical effectiveness and safety. There was no report for 2020 due to effects of Covid-19 on data collection. It has become increasingly honed over the years so that we now have oversight of trends over time – some good and some less so.
We have looked at the report and interpreted what it means from the brain tumour community. Click here to download our interpretation of what the survey means for our community.
