Managing fatigue workshop – May 2023

This interactive workshop will help you to understand fatigue and how it is different for people living with a brain tumour. You will be encouraged to share your experiences on how fatigue is impacting on your quality of life, in a group setting with others who understand.
As part of this workshop, you will learn some strategies that you can adopt into your daily routine to help you manage your fatigue your way. This workshop is based on our written resource, ‘My Fatigue Book’, and uses coaching principles that are at the heart of the support brainstrust offers. To get the most out of this workshop, participation is important.
To help you get the most out of this workshop, you’ll be sent a short exercise to complete before attending the session. This will be emailed to you a couple of days before the workshop.
