brainstrust and Brain Tumour Research are proud to present the UK’s first joint Brain Tumour Symposium (formerly the UK Brain Tumour Summit), an event for brain tumour patients, their friends and family, who are genuinely interested in helping us campaign for change.
Taking place on 12th October in Milton Keynes, the Symposium brings together leading experts from many areas of brain tumour support and research. This is your chance to meet the doctors, scientists, patients, caregivers and charities who are leading the way in brain tumour research, support and campaigning.
This free event will help you to understand the progress that is being made across many fronts in the work against brain tumours.
Our aim is to provide an educational, collaborative and transparent focus on the biggest issues facing the UK brain tumour community today and the specific advances that are being made.
brainstrust’s Will Jones said, “brainstrust is working alongside Brain Tumour Research; brain tumour patients; their caregivers; hospitals; laboratories; and public bodies to bring you an informative; inspiring event on the 12th October that will show you just how much is going on across the UK in the fight against brain tumours. I know that the brainstrust team is looking forward to sharing significant progress on the brain tumour support and quality of life; brain tumour patient data; and research priority agendas, and I am looking forward to hearing the very latest news on brain tumour research, treatments and campaigning. I hope you can join us.”
