When you are living with a brain tumour, not feeling fine can become part of everyday life. Even so, many of us respond to “How are you?” with “I’m fine” or “I’m OK,” even when it doesn’t feel true.
This workshop recognises that it is OK not to be OK. Naming how we really feel can give us space to breathe and stop unspoken thoughts from quietly wearing us down. Together, we’ll look at the habit of saying we’re fine and explore ways to build emotional resilience and flexibility, helping you move beyond simply getting through the day towards living well.
