On 16 March 2010, brainstrust – the Meg Jones brain cancer charity – is launching a new approach to patient support, patient and carer ‘meet-ups’.  The first such initiative is being organised directly by brainstrust and its patient advocates, but will be then rolled out nationwide and adopted and run by patients and carers themselves.  The focus will be on fun, socialising and the sharing of experience.
