Aston Hunter’s dad was diagnosed with a brain tumour in February 2013, and on Oct 1st he and his some of his male colleagues at Colne Housing in Colchester dressed up as ladies to raise funds so that we can do even more to help people diagnosed with a brain tumour and their carers. With a cake sale to boot, Aston has rasied an incredible £1800 so far!
Aston says, ‘My Dad was diagnosed in Feb 13 with a terminal brain tumour it was a big shock to the family and we have been looking after him everyday since. I wanted to do some fundraising for a great cause in his name, so I am raising the money for the brainstrust’.
