March 2018 marks brainstrust’s 12th year of helping people live life with a brain tumour. It is also brain tumour awareness month. To mark this we are launching the new brainstrust website to help people access brain tumour information more easily.
Brain tumour information that is easy for you to find and explore
Helen Bulbeck, brainstrust’s Director of Services and Policy says, “our new website has been designed with a number of objectives in mind. Top of the list is making sure that 12 years worth of Information Standard* accredited brain tumour information is easy to find and explore. A big part of offering effective brain tumour support is providing good brain tumour information. With good information we know that you can make good decisions.
We know how hard it is to find the right information when you have been diagnosed with a brain tumour. We are working hard to change this with top resources, and up to date, relevant supportive information that helps you to navigate the complicated brain tumour journey”.
The all new www.brainstrust.org.uk has been developed collaboratively. We have worked with usability, design and technical experts Think Creative and our patient and caregiver panel, the brainstrust. This partnership means content is accurate, relevant, up to date and presented in way that is easy to navigate.
