Thrive, with good nutrition – the Ketogenic diet – Wednesday September 23rd, 10am-11am

There is a lot of noise about the ketogenic diet and brain tumours. Although some research indicates that the ketogenic diet may have some benefit in cancer treatment, studies in this area are limited. Nutritionist Jane Rose-land will bring a reasoned perspective to this topic and explore with you what this diet might look like and how it may impact on lifestyle choices.

This webinar will be hosted by Jane Rose-land.

Jane is a super qualified nutritionist and some of you will have met her at our health and well-being events. The passion that drives Jane’s work is helping people living with a brain tumour to feel well and helping them to lead healthier, happy and more fulfilled lives.

Webinars with brainstrust

Signing up for a webinar is simple. We’ve put together some guidance here! If you have any questions please email

These webinars are a little different to those you may have attended previously! They are deliberately kept to small numbers, so that everybody can make the most of the experience by interacting with each other and asking questions (although there is no pressure to share, and if you would like to keep your camera or microphone turned off that is fine).  If you sign up but can’t attend, please do let us know so that we can offer the place to someone else.
