Starting and finishing in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 celebrates the legacy created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
You’ll cycle through the capital before making your way into Surrey’s stunning countryside then heading back to central London for a spectacular finish on The Mall. It’s on closed roads, and you’re guaranteed a few testing climbs on the way!
Cycle for brainstrust and you’ll also be helping thousands of people who are living with a brain tumour.
There are around 60,000 people living with a brain tumour in the UK. Your funds will help them to feel less afraid, less isolated and more in control.
How we spend the funds you raise
- £5 – a collecting tin, posted
These little helpers sit quietly in shops, pubs, cafes and homes around the UK.
- £50 – 1 Brain Box
Every new patient to get in touch is offered a brain box, free of charge. This essential, support toolkit helps patients and carers feel less isolated and afraid and more in control.
- £300 – £500 1 Meet Up
So that people can share information, find mutual support, say ‘hi’ and have some fun.
- £5000 – keeping brainstrust.org.uk and braintumourhub.org.uk up to date for one year
Our website is often where people find brainstrust. It is vial this stays up-to-date and an accessible and useful resource for patients and carers.
- £120000 – 24/7 phone and email support
The brainstrust support line offers brain tumour patients and carers support, information and pragmatic advice. When a terrifying diagnosis has been given, this is the first place people often turn to.
