What do people living with meningioma need to know?

August 5, 2026 @ 14:00 - 15:30

Help us build the information you wish you’d had.

brainstrust is co-designing a new patient information leaflet about meningioma built with patients and families. It will be used at Addenbrooke’s Hospital (Cambridge) and through brainstrust. Your experience will directly shape what future patients are told at diagnosis.

Why are we doing this?

Being diagnosed with a meningioma raises questions that the information currently available often doesn’t answer. We want to change that and we believe the people best placed to help are those who’ve been through it themselves.

Event details

  • Date: Friday 8 May 2026
  • Time: 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
  • Platform: Zoom (link provided after registration)

What will happen?

You’ll join a friendly online session where we’ll ask about your experience of finding and

understanding information after your meningioma diagnosis.

We want to hear:

• What information was most helpful at any point in your meningioma journey?

• What was confusing, missing, or hard to find?

• What would you want a new information leaflet to include?
