DESCRIPTION:Find out more about how hypnotherapy can help you to manage scanxiety when living with a brain tumour. \n\nThat familiar wave of worry before a scan? You’re not alone. \nThis session builds on what you’ve already learned and brings fresh focus to understanding and managing scanxiety. We’ll explore how fear affects your body and mind\, and help you personalise strategies so you feel more in control of the processes and procedures before\, during\, and after scans. \nThis session is for people who are new to brainstrust online hypnotherapy sessions or have attended an introductory session. \nYou will be asked to have your camera on\, to have access to a chair or bed\, and be free from distractions. \nOur sessions are open to brain tumour patients and caregivers only and spaces are limited and all expertly led by Louise Baker. \n
