DESCRIPTION:Join this session to find out more about hypnotherapy and an introduction to strategies to support you when living with a brain tumour. \n\nCurious about how your brain can support your well-being? \nThis session introduces the science of neuroplasticity and how hypnotherapy can ease discomfort\, lift mood\, and reduce anxiety. Designed for people living with brain tumours and those who care for them\, the session also explores psycho-sensory techniques—simple tools you can use any time you feel overwhelmed or off-centre. \nThis session is for people who are new to brainstrust online hypnotherapy sessions. \nYou will be asked to have your camera on\, to have access to a chair or bed\, and be free from distractions. \nOur sessions are open to brain tumour patients and caregivers only and spaces are limited and all expertly led by Louise Baker. \n
