We would love to see you at a brainstrust event!
  • Every journey begins with a single step, make Edinburgh your next challenge!

The Edinburgh Marathon is the UK's flattest marathon, so it’s the perfect marathon for a beginner, or for a seasoned runner looking for a personal best time. The Edinburgh Half Marathon, Edinburgh 10k, Edinburgh 5k and the Haggis Team Relay offers a challenge for everyone.

The Edinburgh Marathon Festival takes place over the weekend of 27th and 28th May 2017, and includes a 10km, half marathon, marathon, team relay and even races for 2 to 18 year olds.

It's one of the quickest marathons in the UK, and promises to be a great weekend whatever distance you decide to run.

Sign up today and help people in the UK who are living with a brain cancer diagnosis.

    Why run with team brainstrust?

“brainstrust has been a shining light in my dark days. Just knowing someone is there is a real comfort. It’s great to just know other people who truly understand how hard it is sometimes.”

Your participation in any of the Festival's events will be vital in helping us support more people in the UK who so desperately need our help. The funds you raise will go towards building resources, which will help people with a brain tumour feel less alone, less afraid and more in control in the face of a terrifying brain tumour diagnosis.

Entry for all 3 distances is FREE. We just ask that you raise sponsorship: full marathon- £300, half marathon - £200, 10K- £150, other events £100.

We will send you one of our fundraising packs to help you, as well as a team brainstrust running shirt to wear on the day.

To register, please email or call now on 07948 400329.
