CNS 2007 13 Translational Study for Children and Adolescents with Low Grade Glioma

Observational. This study is looking at the family histories of children and young people who have been diagnosed with a low grade glioma. Researchers are trying to find out more about how genes may affect the risk of getting a low grade glioma. They want to see if genes affect how people respond to treatment. They will look at tumour and blood samples from children or young people who have, or have had, a low grade glioma. They will also collect details about whether other people in the family have had cancer.
