The family drop-in runs weekly at the Mountbatten Centre where you can gain support from each other and staff members. There are occasionally guest speakers and every six weeks therapeutic treatments such as massage, manicure and pedicure are offered. The friendly, positive group also meets on an informal basis to chat, share stories and discuss the challenges of caring for someone. Sometimes the group goes out for lunch or go for walks in the countryside.
