What it does

This centre runs several group therapies and group activities for cancer patients in the South East which can help you relax, let your creative side free or just enjoy some gentle exercise. The groups include yoga, Tai Chi, mindfulness meditation, arts and crafts, well-being café, drama, creative writing and a cinema club.
