This charity runs social music therapy for adults who want support with mental health, physical and medical needs. Groups may include improvised music making, singing or playing instruments and all offer a social music-making experience with no judgement involved and previous musical experience is necessary. The charity also offers one to one therapy, specialised music lessons and a community choir. Groups are available in both the North London centre and in the Royal Albert Hall. They accept referrals and self-referrals from people of all ages with a wide range of needs and abilities.
