This charity offers a safe place for 5 to 17-year-olds to talk and develop an understanding of what is happening and how to get back on track. The initial point of contact with the charity can be made by either the young person, parent or carer. Children under 14 must be accompanied to the centre by an adult, though they don’t have to come in to see the counsellor. To use this service you can either book an appointment, drop by the centre or, if it is out of hours, leave a message on the confidential answer service.
