We know your tasks as a carer can sometimes prove to be stressful and isolating. This carers' group can offer practical and emotional advice and mutual support from other carers. Their warm and welcoming atmosphere can take your mind off your caring responsibilities, allowing you to enjoy the fun and relaxing activities on offer. The group runs every Friday between 10.15 a.m. and 12.15 p.m.
