  • The Great Charity Bake Off: raising money for brain tumour support

The Fourth annual Great Charity Bake Off is taking place in Cardiff on Saturday 13th of February. It'll be a celebration of all things cake to raise money for our support service, so that we can continue supporting people to feel less afraid, less alone and more in control in the face of a devestating brain tumour diagnosis. Did we mention that cake is involved?

Steffan Edwards, this year's organiser of the event, invites you to this serious celebration of cake.

Come along, bake, eat or judge! Indeed, the best cakes on show will be awared in the following categories-

    • Best Taste
    • Best Cupcake
    • Best Decorated
    • Kids Under 12's!

What cake can mean for the brain tumour community

Even baking, selling and buying a few cakes can make a huge and direct difference to people living with a brain tumour. Money raised from the sale of a few cakes could fund a brain box, for instance, our essential toolkit for patients and carers which really does improve lives.

“I received the brain box yesterday- I cried with happiness. What a lovely box of surprises! It’s just what we needed – the booklets, information, tea and even hand cream. You have restored our faith in human nature. Thank you” - Carer

So, let's eat cake for brain tumour support

The Great Charity Bake Off takes place on-

Saturday 13th of February between 2 and 4pm.
    Chapter Art Centre, Canon,
    Cardiff, CF5 1QE.

We'd love to see you there.
